Allison Bean

Dr. Allison Bean is a graduate of Mercer University’s School of Business. She went on to earn her Executive MBA from Wesleyan College where she was recognized with the “Distinguished Student” award. In addition, she studied abroad in Chile and Argentina. Additionally, Dr. Bean has completed her Doctorate of Business Administration with her dissertation study "The Strategies of Successful Project Managers Leading Virtual Teams."

 

Dr. Bean is an assistant professor of management, and teaches project management and other courses at Concord University. However, prior to joining Concord, Dr. Bean developed technologies that identified fraud, implemented enterprise initiatives, identified gaps in compliance and specialized in designing and improving processes. Dr. Bean has her PMP, and has served as a project manager for over 15 years.

 

Dr. Bean spends her free time serving in her community, playing sports, traveling, and spending time with her husband Dr. Michael Bean Jr. and their two daughters Michaela and Mickenzie.
