Dinner meeting at the Olive Tree Cafe in South Charleston, with a PDU-qualified program featuring representatives of the WV Broadband Council, who will provide an overview of the Speed Test Portal and the Interactive Broadband Mapping System with the context of the State's broadband development initiative.  The session will also provide a review of project development strategies for local governmnts, funding opportunities and available resources. 1 PDU, split between Strategic/Business Management and Technical talent triangle areas.
