Mylan Business Analysis Class
This course will use the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) as the primary source of knowledge but will rely on personal case studies to drive home the concepts covered. It will include practical, hands on exercise to help students get comfortable with the most important Business Analysis techniques and tasks. There will be some handouts provided for the topics covered in class and each student will receive a paper copy of the BABOK.
The course objectives will include:
- Business Analysis Key Concepts
- Eliciting, Documenting and Confirming Requirements
- Requirements Analysis and Modeling
- Planning, Monitoring and Managing Business Analysis
We’ll cover the most common and practical business analysis techniques in each of these areas.
