Debra Lynn Romeo
Adjunct Professor
Ms. Romeo has been a PMP since 2009, and has served in various Project Manager roles, including IT infrastructure, healthcare/hospital revenue cycle, and also Software as a Service (SasS) projects. Currently Ms. Romeo is an adjunct professor at University of Charleston, teaching undergraduate Operations Management / Supply Chain Management in the School of Business. Risk Management has been a specialty for Ms. Romeo as she has been Lead Risk Manager on several large-scale projects. This talk will include tools for successful Risk Management in business-type projects.
