Minimize Project Disturbances by Leading with Risk Resiliency

In large scale projects with many complexities, disturbances can create increased scope, resource misalignment, and missed deadlines all of which increase cost and reduce value. This talk is geared toward practical steps for RISK and ISSUE mitigation that minimize stressful disturbances while keeping focus on key project milestones.
