Brian Moats

Brian has 13 years of system engineering experience working on projects with NASA, the DoD, and the FBI. Much of his experience has been in requirements, risk, and release management. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, and Mathematics from Alderson-Broaddus College and a Masters of Software Engineering from West Virginia University. Brian has been involved in multiple professional organizations beyond PMI, which included the National Contract Management Association, the West Virginia Cyber Workforce Initiative, Infragard, and West Virginia Business Network.

In his free time, Brian has helped raise over $9,000 for the WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital via the Extra-Life charity. He recently co-designed and released a board game called SKEPTICS that has sold over 1,000 copies.
