The West Virginia/Ohio Valley Chapter of PMI is pleased to bring a special opportunity for developing project risk management skills in cyber security, in conjunction with the InfraGard West Virginia Members Association (IWVMA).
Melissa McBee-Anderson, Management and Program Analyst with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), will provide an IC3 overview, how it works with law enforcement, stats from its 2018 Annual Report, trending scams, Operation Wellspring, and general public awareness/outreach info.

Melissa has served with the FBI for 24 years in the Cyber, Human Resources, and CJIS Divisions. The IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. Melissa’s primary focus is working with public and private alliance partners to define growing schemes and coordinate involvement with all levels of law enforcement to ensure on-line activity continues to be safe for both consumers and industry.
InfraGard is a partnership between the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the private sector.
