Topic: "What it takes to publish a quarterly B2B publication that features the best of WV"

Staff members from Executive Ink, LLC, the publishing company for West Virginia Executive and Discover West Virginia magazines, will be presenting a synopsis of what it takes to publish a quarterly business-to-business publication that features the best West Virginia has to offer. Publisher Kensie Hamilton Fauber and Editor in Chief Samantha Cart will present the step-by-step process that has been used for more than 20 years to write, edit, design, print, and distribute West Virginia Executive.

Kensie Hamilton Fauber is the publisher and owner of Executive Ink, LLC, the publishing company for West Virginia Executive and its sister publications. She holds bachelor's degrees in corporate communications and journalism from Elon University. She is a graduate of the Leadership West Virginia Class of 2015, the 2015 FBI Citizens Academy and the 2016-2017 class of Leadership Mon. In fall of 2017, she graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. She lives in Elkview with her husband, Adam, her daughter, Quinn and her twin boys, Cavan and Kieran. Samantha Cart is an editor for Executive Ink, LLC and its publications. A native of Buffalo, WV, she holds bachelor's and master's degrees in journalism from West Virginia University. She previously worked as an assistant editor for Omnistream and a social media specialist for Atkins & Ogle Law Offices. In her spare time, she serves as a volunteer with Putnam County 4-H, the Church of the Nazarene and the Come and Serve Team. Cart currently lives in Hometown, WV with her husband, Dr. Caleb Cart, and their dog, Wednesday.
