"Time Management Techniques for the Project Manager - There is Just Not Enough Time to Get Things Done!"
Many hard-working project managers are terribly inefficient in their use of available time. Procrastination, vacillation, idle conversation, indecision, less than optimal planning and allowing too many interruptions all contribute to complaints such as “There is not enough time to get work done”. Few resources are as valuable as time.
This presentation explores this issue and provides the project manager with time tested strategies to accomplish more with less time.
Once time is wasted it is gone forever!
